Vaios Vaitsis, MBA - Founder and President
With 25 years experience in the software industry, Vaios is a serial entrepreneur in the enterprise software industry, responsible for establishing and growing market leading IT companies.
Before setting up Validata, Vaios was the Founder, President and CEO of I+C=S software, which developed platform and applications for the energy sector. Prior to that he was Director of research and development at Raindrop Software, where he ran the development operations.
Based on his extensive knowledge and understanding of the automated lifecycle management (ALM) industry, Vaios saw the need for a model-driven, integrated ALM solution with automated testing capabilities. Based on his vision he created Validata in 2004.

Gary Rhodes - Director
Gary brings more than 20 years IT banking experience to Validata. Gary joined Validata in July 2006 and is responsible for leading the Sales and Business Development team. In addition to overseeing sales, he also has responsibility for most operational aspects within Validata.
Prior to joining Validata Gary worked in the IT Financial Services arena. Working within the IT function of a FTSE 100 Investment Bank, he gained experience of implementing and supporting large scale applications within the Central and Financial Markets departments, as well as managing the IT development function within the organisation.
In 2000, Gary was appointed as IT Director, tasked with heading up the IT function of a new Private Bank in the City. In addition to the day-to-day running, Gary was responsible for managing the implementation of, amongst others, the Globus banking offering from Temenos, the Reuters Portfolio Management System and the ONYX CRM solution.
On leaving the bank in 2005, Gary spent a short time as Professional Services Director for a consultancy firm specialising in the Temenos Globus/T24™ and SAP market before joining Validata.

Pantelis Papageorgiou – Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Validata Group, Pantelis co-founded First Athens Corporate Finance, a Financial advisory firm, and served as Group CFO for Velti plc, a mobile marketing company listed on AIM/LSE.
Before Velti, he served as Group Treasurer for the Gerolymatos Group. He was previously managing investment portfolios for Allianz Finance and gained significant auditing experience with Arthur Andersen in Boston and Athens.
Mr. Papageorgiou holds a B.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from The American College of Greece and a MBA from Boston University.

George Anargyros – Head of Operations
George joined the Group in 2011 and within the Management Board he is in charge of Human Resources, Administration, Accounting and Resource Development.
He focuses on driving forward company growth and improving the operational efficiency of the Group.
Prior to joining Validata Group, during the period 1993 – 2011 he held various positions in multinational companies including Chief Financial officer at NetOne Telecom SA, Head of Finance of Multichoise - Netmed Hellas SA, Head of Finance in The Nielsen Company, and has been a member of the Management Board of an international Software House.
He holds a Diploma in Economics and a Master Degree in Financial & Business Economics from the Essex University in UK. |
