Get it right for the first time with Validata SAS for Business Testing!

Validata Group, the leading provider of Validata SAS, the first truly integrated Automation Lifecycle Management (ALM) solution for the Banking and Finance Sector, is pleased to announce that they have launched today a new edition of Validata SAS for Business Testing.

With manual testing representing a significant share of any testing effort and especially during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase - where SMEs and end users are required to test manually- testing is often the bottleneck.

UAT requires business process expertise in order to test that application meets the business expectations. To throw additional resources at the problem is not sustainable and increases the cost.

Validata SAS is a central suite for integrated tools, agnostic of any platform, database, UI and APIs, designed to validate the various configurations across the complete T24 software stack from Core to Country Model Bank, ISB and Local code, ARCIB and Message Testing.  It captures the business process knowledge from the business so you don’t need to rely on business users to test the upgrade or new implementations.

Unlike traditional tools which are inappropriate for unstable changing environments, Validata SAS leading adapter technology is changing the game, enabling testers to test earlier in the delivery cycle without the time consuming scripting and the heavy burden of maintaining scripts afterwards.  Validata SAS enables to mix manual and automated testing and allows re-usability of manual and automated test cases through all testing phases.

This testing is further enhanced by the ability to automatically compare environments as appropriate (at data and package levels), testing of complex scenarios and Composite Screens and support for menu-based testing. It’s this level of confidence and the ability to identify many functional issues early in the process that can make the difference between success and failure in a project.

Vaios Vaitsis, CEO of the Group stated, “First to market advantage can only be achieved through innovative products and services and the demand from the business for better, faster, smarter solutions is only going to increase. But being the first out of the starting blocks is only a competitive advantage if you don’t then fall at the first hurdle.”

“Validata SAS unique data-centric approach to test design minimizes effort and repetitive steps, and maximizes test coverage. This approach is also extended in test execution, with techniques such as multi-release testing, model-driven testing alleviating key pain points experienced by testers today.” added Vaios.
