Continuous Integration with Selenium and Validata 9.2 release

London, UK, October 10th 2016, - Validata Group, the leader in Continuous Testing, Release Automation and Test Analytics, announces the seamless integration of Validata 9.2 release with Selenium 1 and 2.

Selenium is an open-source functional testing tool for front office web- based applications, but clients still require the test management and execution capabilities of Validata’s Testing solutions.

As IT organisations today, are looking to accelerate the delivery of quality software, maintaining high levels of performance and end user experience has never been tougher with the ever –increasing complexity and both business and technology change. With the adoption of DevOps and Agile principles, Continuous Testing can help overcome these challenges and bridge the gap between DevOps and QA.

Our clients wanted to integrate Selenium, QTP and other generic and open source tools with the Validata platform and perform end-to-end testing for their mobile and UI pages across many browses and operating systems, where Validata would be validating end-to-end financial transactions through its integration with legacy backend systems such as Temenos T24, SAP and Oracle GL systems.

Clients can now integrate their tests from Selenium into Validata, create ‘fit for purpose’ quality data, build reliable and reusable tests on realistic environments, mitigate business risks into these tests, and perform distributed executions across multiple agents.

By integrating Selenium with Validata , clients can now have an aggregated view of their data and unified reporting to enable them take better fact-based decisions across their projects, available on premise or Cloud on Microsoft Azure’s platform. Validata continuously strives to provide product updates and releases that reflect the growing technologies and market demands of today and give our clients the best testing experience!
