At Validata, we stand with Ukraine. Any act of violence or war is heartbreaking and must be rejected so we underline our support for the Ukrainian people and stand together with those that have been affected.
Unfortunately, there is no magic recipe to stop this humanitarian crisis and sometimes feels that what we do is just a drop of water in the ocean. Although our current job vacancies are very specific, meaning that a large majority of those displaced by the conflict will be excluded, we are committed to make a difference to those who are not eligible as candidates by providing in-house training and skills development.
