We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan, schedule and manage successfully IT projects within the banking sector.

Key Functions:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Execute and monitor project activities
  • Analyze all management and technical processes to ensure they’re delivered as expected
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders
  • Allocate resources efficiently and effectively to meet project objectives
  • Monitor and optimize resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards
  • Implement and enforce best practices for development, testing, and deployment
  • Conduct regular project reviews to assess and improve project performance
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize project expenditures
  • Generate regular project status reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design, testing documents, exit reports etc
  • Knowledge of Validata solutions and understanding of best practices, methodology and value propositions as these will be directly linked with each client project.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Temenos core banking solutions is a MUST
  • Proven 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically in banking projects.
  • Familiarity with banking systems and technologies
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Very good command of English language. Excellent written and verbal skills. Additional language is considered an asset
  • Strong leadership, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to travel abroad
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications will be considered an asset
